1.) If you find a product online, you can purchase directly and add all of the necessary information (such as bust/waist/hip measurements) and favorite color options or desired accents in with your PayPal account purchase confirmation or email details to: info@shadowoakmaille.com

 

2.) Send in sketches/pictures/detailed description with your budget included to:

From there, you can select desired weaves, colors, added embellishments, etc. Once the custom design is agreed upon, 50% is required for deposit and the order for materials will be placed.

Once materials arrive in house, it's time to start the fun! You will be notified throughout the entire process.  

 

Emails will be sent to the client when construction begins. All clients will be kept up to date with pictures to  ensure the piece is going in the desired direction.

 

Once the piece is complete and the rest of payment has been made, it will be shipped via USPS (or your shipping carrier of choice) with insurance and shipping confirmation.
